Product Description
Tuning Fork Level Switch with Digital Display
Product Overview
This vibrating fork level switch with digital display is a compact, solid-state point level detection device manufactured in China by Nik Senso Tech. Featuring an integrated display, this fork-type sensor provides real‑time frequency readout and local status indication. The unit employs piezoelectric-driven technology with no moving parts, ensuring long‑term stability and minimal maintenance.

How It Works
A piezoelectric crystal excites the tuning fork to oscillate at its natural resonant frequency. When the fork assembly becomes submerged in process media, the frequency shifts. This change is continuously monitored by the internal electronics and triggers a relay output when the preset threshold is reached, indicating a high‑ or low‑level condition. The measurement is unaffected by flow, turbulence, or foam.
